⌘ How Can I Book an Appointment? ⌘
Each artist books their appointments individually through email or instagram direct message (check artist's instagram bio to confirm).
If you're unsure of who you would like to work with, please email us at gauntlettattookitchener@gmail.com and we will direct you to which artist would be the best fit!
⌘ Can I Bring A Guest To My Appointment? ⌘
We ask that you come alone to your appointment unless previously agreed upon. We try to limit the number of people in the workspace to create a more comfortable environment for everyone.
If you have a disability and require assistance, you can definitely bring that person or service animal with you, but please let us know ahead of time so that we are prepared to accommodate you as best we can.
⌘ Do You Accept Walk-ins? ⌘
It's best to prebook your appointment to guarantee a spot as our artists aren't always at the shop if they don't have any appointments booked in for the day. Each artist operates on their own schedule, so we do not have set hours. However, we will have our door unlocked when we are open, so if you're in the area and want to try your luck, feel free to pop in!
If an artist has a time-slot open up last minute, we typically post about this to our instagram stories, so you can keep an eye out there as well if you're hoping to get in without a previously booked appointment.
⌘ Where Can I Park? ⌘
We have 7 on-site parking spots (2 at the front, 5 behind the shop). Please feel free to park in any of these spots when you arrive.
The LRT also runs directly in front of the shop if you prefer/need public transportation!
⌘ What Payment Methods Can I Use? ⌘
For payment we are able to accept:
✽ Debit (Dependent on artist - please confirm individually!)
✽ Credit (Dependent on artist - please confirm individually!)
✽ Cash (we do not always have change on hand, so be aware of this if paying cash)
✽ E-transfer (please be prepared to show artist proof of the e-transfer having been sent)
